Prices

There is no “membership fee” required in order to work with a practitioner.

Prices vary with the individual practitioner:

• Custom Fit Exercise® starts at $60 per 50 minute session

• M.A.T. Specialists start at $75 per session

Shorter session and/or volume /package discounts may be available from the individual practitioner

All professionals providing services herein are independent business owners and are not employees of F.O.F. LLC

Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment (or no shows) may be charged the full session price depending upon the policies of the individual service provider.

Hours

Hours of operation are by appointment only with each practitioner determining his/her daily range of availability.

Membership

“Independent Client”: This is the opportunity to use the facility only while practitioners are on site. This is only an option after numerous sessions and your practitioner has verified that you can safely execute specific exercises. Only these specific exercises may be performed, and that specific equipment utilized. Because Focus is designed for use by an extremely limited number of people at one time, this is not a common option.
